The accusations brought by the International Criminal Court against three citizens of South Ossetia are based on false facts and are a political order. This is stated in the comments of the Presidential Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of South Ossetia, Inal Tasoev, published on the website of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic.
On Tuesday, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia issued a statement stressing that any military exercises involving Georgia were considered as a provocation aimed at deliberately swaying the military-political situation in Transcaucasia.
The statement was spread in connection with the joint military exercises of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia "Eternity-2022" from October 17 to 28.
