As noted by the Chairman of the profile committee Alan Tekhov the government's order was prepared in order to eliminate infrastructural restrictions for doing business in priority sectors of the economy and increase the investment attractiveness of the Republic of South Ossetia.

Astemr Tshurbaty a native of South Ossetia, a serviceman of the 4th military base of the Russian Federation stationed in South Ossetia, was awarded the Zhukov medal for courage, dedication and courage shown during the special military operation to protect Donbass.

For two months Roland was bravely fighting against the Nazis. He had three days left before his vacation, and he was waiting impatiently, hurried to his family. But the fate decreed otherwise. He did not have time to see his beloved wife and three little sons. A fragment from a mine took him from his family.
