South Ossetia is starting oral consultations with the Russian party on the issues of further integration with the Russian Federation, President of the Republic Alan Gagloev said on Tuesday at the solemn meeting dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Act on the Declaration of Independence of the Republic.

"The day before, I signed a decree on the fate of the referendum and we are starting oral consultations with the Russian party. The referendum was initiated unilaterally without the necessary consultations with Russian colleagues," Gagloev said.
