Participants of the Geneva discussions on security in Transcaucasia submitted an appeal of the relatives of the missing persons in South Ossetia to the Prosecutor General of Georgia. This was said to journalists by the OSCE co-chairman Andriy Deschitsa after a meeting in Tskhinval with the South Ossetian delegation at the Geneva talks.
The agenda of the next round of the Geneva talks on security in Transcaucasia was discussed by the South Ossetian delegation and the co-chairs at the meeting held in Tskhinval. Today`s Session of the Parliament of South Ossetia has unanimously approved a decision of the Presidium of the legislative body on the establishment of the Commission for giving political and legal appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in August 2008.
As pointed out by Stanislav Kochiev during the discussion of the issue, the Commission would also carry out the appraisal of the actions of Georgia against South Ossetia in summer 2004.
