The action of memory for those killed in the August 2008, war was held in Tskhinval

A solemn mourning ceremony at the memorial complex "Defenders of South Ossetia" was held on Sunday in Tskhinval in memory of the victims of the war 08.08.08.

President Alan Gagloev met with a delegation of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania headed by Parliament Speaker Alexei Machnev, who arrived in Tskhinval to take part in the commemorative events dedicated to the 14th anniversary of the August 2008 war.

Commemorative events will be held in South Ossetia and Russia on the anniversary of the 2008 war

A photo exhibition dedicated to the war in August 2008 will open at the National Museum of South Ossetia
