Expanding humanitarian cooperation with South Ossetia, Abkhazia, DPR and LPR will be a priority of the Russian Federation - concept
The priority of Russia's humanitarian policy abroad will be to expand cooperation with the CIS countries, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, the DPR and the LPR. When interacting with Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia and Moldova, the observance of the rights of the Russian-speaking population in these states will be taken into account, according to the approved Concept of the Russian Federation's Humanitarian Policy Abroad.
