President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev met with the delegation of North Ossetia headed by Chairman of the Parliament of North Ossetia-Alania Taimuraz Tuskaev, the press service of the head of state reports.
The delegation of North Ossetia-Alania arrived in Tskhinval to participate in the events dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of South Ossetia.
In Tskhinval has started the ceremony of announcing the address to the people and the Parliament by President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev .
The event is taking place on Monday, the Day of the adoption of the Act of State Independence.
The solemn meeting in the Parliament hall is attended by members of the government and Parliament, ex-President of the Republic Leonid Tibilov, the delegation of North Ossetia, the Russian Ambassador to the RSO Marat Kulakhmetov, representatives of ministries and departments, the public.
Republic of South Ossetia has clearly defined foreign policy priorities. Our main ally is and will be the Russian Federation, Head of State Alan Gagloev has noted in his address to the people and the Parliament.
President of South Ossetia has expressed his gratitude to the deputies of the Parliament who worked as part of the Commission on Demarcation and Delimitation of the Border.

The Days of Culture of South Ossetia will be held for the first time in Abkhazia from May 30 to June 2. This is reported by Ministry of Culture of the Republic.
On May 31, the grand opening of the Days of Culture of South Ossetia will take place at the Samson Chanba Abkhaz State Drama Theater .
The Kosta Khetagurov South Ossetian State Drama Theatre.will present to the Abkhazian audience the play "Black Burka" based on the work of the Ossetian playwright Geor Khugaev, staged by director Kazbek Dzheliev.
The performance starts at 18.00.
